** Position Overview
** The Production Operator II is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment to meet production, quality, and safety objectives. This role supports day-to-day manufacturing activities, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. Production Operators play a critical role in ensuring products meet H.B. Fuller’s quality standards and customer expectations.###
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions
* Perform routine quality checks and accurately document results
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
* Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns as appropriate
* Complete production records, documentation, and system entries in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist with material handling, staging, and basic inventory control activities
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team and site goals###
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* ** 2+ years
** of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Ability to lift up to
** 50 pounds
** and stand for extended periods of time
* Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting
* Authorized to work in the United States###
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience operating automated manufacturing or chemical processing equipment
* Familiarity with
** Lean Manufacturing
** or
** Six Sigma
** principles* Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting capabilities
* Forklift certification

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience).In addition to your salary, H.B.
