Our General Laborer will be responsible for working in a manufacturing facility producing quality work with machines and by hand as efficiently as possible.

• Conduct hand finishing, assembly and packing of products.
• Review and accurately carry out instructions pertaining to the job ticket and work per assigned schedule.
• Perform quality checks as required.
• Utilize automated equipment whenever possible.
• Accurately count, assemble and package completed jobs.
• Ensure all areas are clear and clean at the end of each job, returning tools and supplies to storage locations.

• Follow all safety policies and regulations, reporting any potential hazards, near misses or accidents immediately.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.

• 0–1 years of related job experience.
• Team‑oriented work environment.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.

• High School Diploma/GED Preferred.

• Regularly working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse where exposure to cold, heat, damp or humid conditions may occur.
• Exposure to loud noise.
• Exposure to dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, and moving vehicles.

• Lift, twist and carry up 50–75 pounds; push and pull up to 1,600 pounds; lift/shift up to 2,000 pounds using pallet jack.
• Walk/stand throughout the warehouse; operate order picker or reach truck equipment; move through high shelves.
• Sitting only when operating sit‑down material handling equipment.
• Lifting items weighing a few ounces up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Stooping, bending at waist and kneeling when filling orders or putting away products on floor level locations.
