Description:
The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operations of the warehousing, leading a team of shipping/receiving, materials handling, and warehouse clerks. Primary responsibilities include leadership and supervision of employees, preservation of finished goods and raw materials, transactions, health & safety, cost management and reduction, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in logistics for local, national, and international shipping.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management.
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, able to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Well-organized, energetic, and a team player.
- Flexibility in working hours is mandatory.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
