• 1st Shift: Mon‑Fri 7am–3:30pm
• D Shift: Sun‑Wed 4pm–2:30am

Compensation
: $18.00–$21.00 per hour

General upkeep of the office building. Performing heavy cleaning duties and maintaining an orderly environment. Duties may include notifying management of repairs and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks. The position reports to the shift supervisor.

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mix water and detergents or acids to prepare cleaning solutions.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Operate vehicles required for cleaning, including vans, industrial trucks, or vacuum cleaners.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies using hand trucks, forklifts, or scissor lifts.
• Notify managers regarding major repairs or additions.
• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, blowers, or shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals.
• Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent infestations.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

• Basic knowledge of repair techniques or training with a custodial background.

• Sanitation for Food Facility.
• Finishing/Refinishing Floors.
• Forklift Driver (Sit‑Down forklift and Scissor Lift).
• Operate a Floor Scrubber.

• High school diploma or GED.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience.

• Ability to read, analyze, and write. Ability to follow orders and respond to questions from management.

• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Crouch or crawl under a 48" high shelf; ascend/descend a 14" step.
• Operate phone systems with keyboards and buttons.
• Work in an indoor/office environment, sit, and use repetitive hand motion.
• Talk, hear, stand, and walk frequently.
• Work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
• Read and discern visual images with 20/20 corrected vision.
• Speak and communicate clearly over telephone.
• Maintain sound physical health, verified by a licensed physician with no controlled substance use.
