Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator – Austin, Dallas, Houston

Vinson & Elkins seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage our external digital platforms and enhance brand reputation. The role requires strategic collaboration across departments to plan, produce, and maintain digital content, update website content daily, enforce compliance with State Bar regulations, support growth of social media channels, provide analytics insights, and respond to site audits.

• Facilitate the firm’s brand and content across owned web properties, social media channels, and digital content partnerships.
• Collaborate across departments to support planning, production, and maintenance of digital content across platforms.
• Maintain the external website with daily content updates focused on accuracy, SEO, and audience engagement.
• Enforce content standards and guidelines to ensure compliance with firm policies and State Bar regulations.
• Support growth of social media channels by managing feeds, monitoring mentions, and researching industry best practices.
• Provide analytics insights across digital properties and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Respond to regular site audit results and liaise with external partners to resolve technical issues.

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and content management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in agency, newsroom, or multi-office corporate environment preferred.
• Knowledge of web content management systems, social media platforms, basic HTML, and creative content programs (e.g., Canva).
• Strong writing and communication skills, with ability to craft internal emails, social copy, and website copy.
• Highly organized, self‑starter, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Must be a proactive problem solver with superior attention to detail, capable of managing risk and maintaining consistency across projects. Flexibility to modify priorities throughout the day and an innate understanding of client service are essential.
