What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Triage incoming Absence tickets and confirm scope
  • Monitor ticket progression for consistency, quality, and timely execution
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Act as the escalation point and subject matter expert for complex client issues
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership content to support AMS clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Active Workday Certification in Workday Absence
  • 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant at the subject matter expert level
  • 5+ years of post-production support for Workday Absence
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and enable consultants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience connecting tactical AMS delivery with broader HR/technology transformation initiatives
  • Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
  • Ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
