Now, we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help us take functional wellness to the next level.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Curis, you’ll play a central role in supporting clients through challenges and personal growth using a functional and holistic lens. This is a collaborative position where you'll work alongside other wellness professionals to create transformative outcomes for your clients.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family sessions)
• Integrate physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into your therapeutic approach
• Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, and medical doctors for coordinated care
• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Educate clients on wellness strategies, self-care, and resilience
• Stay up to date on mental health best practices and incorporate new approaches
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Current and active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Genuine interest in functional medicine and holistic mental health approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong sense of cultural competence
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit
• Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation

• Competitive compensation potential: $68,000 – $115,000 per year (based on experience and schedule)
