Job Overview

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist-Ortho in Mesquite, TX. This is a full-time, outpatient position with a salary range of $80,080.00 - $ per year, depending on experience.

• Treat a wide variety of diagnoses, including general orthopedics, post-surgical, and sports-related injuries.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Manage a patient case load of approximately 10 patients per day.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
