Role Description

The Operations Coordinator supports the Director of School Operations by executing, monitoring, and sustaining day-to-day operational systems at assigned campuses. This role is responsible for implementation, coordination, and follow-through, ensuring campus operations, attendance systems, student culture supports, and family engagement efforts function smoothly and consistently.

Responsibilities Community Engagement
  • Execute campus-level marketing and recruitment activities aligned to network strategy.
  • Coordinate outreach events, school tours, and community engagement activities.
  • Support family-facing events and assist with maintaining positive community relationships.
Truancy Systems
  • Monitor daily ADA and enrollment data and report trends to the Director of School Operations.
  • Support truancy interventions, documentation, and family communication.
  • Assist with PEIMS attendance processes and ensure accurate records.
Student Culture, Behavior & Social-Emotional Supports
  • Support day-to-day implementation of PBIS Sparks non-negotiables.
  • Assist with coordination of MTSS social-emotional supports, including tracking interventions and referrals.
  • Support Level 1 discipline processes and documentation.
  • Support daily campus operations including front office systems, facilities requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with implementation of safety procedures, arrival/dismissal processes, and visitor protocols.
  • Monitor campus spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and alignment with school culture.
Mentorship, Enrichment & Extended-Day Programming
  • Coordinate logistics for mentorship programs, before- and after-school care, clubs, and enrichment activities.
  • Ensure extended-day programs are properly staffed, scheduled, and aligned to campus expectations.
Family Engagement & Customer Service
  • Serve as a front-facing support for families, modeling high-quality customer service.
  • Assist with family communications through Parent Square, newsletters, and event messaging.
  • Support parent meetings, committees, and school events.
  • Support development and implementation of the Parent Ambassador Program.
Collaboration & Professional Growth
  • Work closely with the Director of School Operations and campus leadership to address operational needs.
  • Participate in training, feedback cycles, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrate readiness to assume increasing leadership responsibilities.
Other Duties
  • Support testing logistics, end-of-year events, and special projects as assigned.
  • Support network initiatives, major events, and special projects as assigned.
Other
  • Lead the execution of the school’s end-of-year trips
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Some travel may be required to attend school and community functions.
Additional Information

Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Additionally, Responsive Education Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement.

This position is grant-funded and contingent upon the continued availability of federal funds. Employment may be terminated if grant funding ceases or is reduced.
