What You’ll Do:

You’ll partner with the Director to keep our center running smoothly, supporting staff, building strong family relationships, and ensuring every child is safe, happy, and learning every day.

• Guide and support amazing childcare staff
• Help manage day-to-day operations>
• Keep records organized and up to date
• Build trust and strong communication with parents
• Ensure top-notch safety and health standards
• Inspire a warm, inclusive, and growth-centered environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED (CDA or Degree in ECE = major plus!)
• 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
• CPR & First Aid certified
• Clean background check
• Valid TX driver’s license and safe driving record
• Available to work rotating shifts between 6:30am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri)
