Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking an Electrical Service Manager to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electrical Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meetings, and ensuring technicians provide outstanding service to our customers.

- Drive the electrical department sales through training and development of field technicians
- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
- Coach electricians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
- Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
- Promote lead generation
- Monitor and control callbacks and warranties
- Handle escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
- Service Titan experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Current TDLR Master or Journeyman License
- Can not be a responsible Master Electrician for another company
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Pass a background check and a drug screen
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems
- Extensive knowledge of local codes and industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
- Ability to build business in the private and public sector
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines
