Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, for all Mesquite Entertainment properties, in a polite and courteous manner and interact with co-workers. Make reservations for hotel, packages and RV Park.

Good computer skills and ability to communicate clearly in English required. Must be customer service oriented. Must be able to give and receive accurate information and interpret procedures to benefit both the company and the guest in response to changing situations. Must have good organizational skills and be detailed oriented.

• Use the telecommunications system effectively.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, welcoming and competent manner.
• Accurately maintain billing and other required information.
• Provide information about the properties and events.
• Facilitate reservations and hotel procedures.
• Book Spa and Golf packages.
• Work in concert with other departments to meet guest’s needs.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

• Use the guest’s name with each and every transaction.
• Demonstrate 100% willingness to solve problems.
• Offer to make reservations to any property amenity.
• Apologize for any delay.
• Offer detailed directions or maps and/or weather conditions.
• Consistently maintain a welcoming and friendly tone.
• Provide a description of each property amenity.

The work requires minimal physical exertion, and is generally done in a seated position. There are long periods of listening, speaking, concentrating, and entering data into computer programs.

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations, etc. The work area is indoors. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
