Job Summary

Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of operational products, guest amenities, guest areas and spa linens. Keep guest areas maintained and cleanly during business hours.

Self-motivation, time management and effective communication skills required. Must be able to stand, walk and lift up to 40lbs throughout shift. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and varied hours. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Organize all clean linens and remove used linens and robes from all spa areas.
• Organize, store, and present all operational products from both vendors and warehouse.
• Keep courtyard, locker rooms, quiet room, and other guest areas clean and presentable.
• Keep guest amenities stocked including water, body care products in locker rooms and relaxation room.
• Keep desk staff stocked with clean robes.
• Clean spa areas as assigned.
• Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

• Help desk staff with checking in clients by giving tours and putting calls on hold.
• Take extra initiative with deep cleaning duties.
• Work an extra shift or hours to help when short-staffed.
• Volunteer to help therapists and aestheticians with their duties.
• Go above and beyond what is expected for guest service; serve juice or water poolside.

The work is physically demanding, may require standing on feet and walking for more than eight hours. Repetitive physical exertion requires above average strength.

Frequent exposure to natural, organic, or chemically produced products that encompasses all supplies used and stored at any given time in the Spa or Salon for services. Work is done both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and indoors in climate-controlled environment. Outdoor conditions are consistent with a desert climate. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
