Position Description/
Summary:
The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services for the residents of assigned low-income properties, acting as a liaison and advocate for residents when seeking services, maintaining access to services, collecting, and compiling resident and service provider data and participating in strategic planning to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and positive impact of coordinated services, and creating reports according to compliance regulations and due dates.
The Resident Services Coordinator reports to the Community Manager at Blue Bird Property (BBP) and will work in a full-time position.
