Material Handler 3
The Material Handler is responsible for executing a wide range of material movement activities, including receiving, put away, picking, staging, and shipping. In this role, you will process inbound and outbound materials both on the dock and within warehouse storage locations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and workflow continuity. The position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, proficient operation of material handling equipment, and consistent maintenance of accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities- Serve as a key liaison across cross‑functional teams and shifts, ensuring timely communication, updates, and alignment on priorities.
- Manage issue resolution and exception handling to minimize operational delays and maintain workflow continuity.
- Coordinate shipment planning, truck scheduling, and material flow to support efficient and on‑time warehouse operations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to documentation, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Support the release and allocation of outbound orders within the WMS to ensure orders are processed efficiently and correctly.
- Communicate effectively, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform other duties assigned to support overall operational success.
- At least one year of recent material handling experience.
- 3 years of experience using an ERP system.
- Ability to use RF scanner to assist with documentation and ensure items are processed efficiently and correctly.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with electric‑powered material handling equipment.
- Experience in a cGMP‑regulated environment.
- Comfortable using computer systems and ability to show data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Solid mathematical and problem‑solving abilities.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
