Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, shift starts at 4:45 AM

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Safely operates a heavy‑duty truck to perform assigned duties on transfer routes.

• Operates vehicle per OSHA, DOT, and company requirements, keeping the vehicle clean and safe.
• Performs pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and records issues on DVIR.
• Reports unsafe situations or service calls before attempting service.
• Participates in training, briefings, and meetings as required.
• Works with Operations Managers to improve route efficiencies and address unsafe accounts.
• Assists other company drivers as directed.
• Notifies the manager of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Follows Service Machine protocol for issues such as blocked containers or missed pickups.
• Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Operations Manager.
• Dumps containers, cleans the site, and handles customer tickets for excess yardage.
• Positions containers correctly on customer property.
• Follows route assignments and completes required documentation at route end.

• Education: None required.
• Experience: No prior work experience required; at least one year CDL driving experience in waste collection or local delivery is highly preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Successful completion of DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and motor‑vehicle record review.
• Acceptable driving record required.
