K2 athletes currently represent more than 35 colleges and universities nationwide, including University of California (Berkeley), University of Utah, Brigham Young University, Arizona State University, University of Arizona, University of Oklahoma, University of Oregon, Oklahoma State University, UCLA, and the University of Wisconsin.

The Sports Performance Physical Therapist is a hybrid clinician and coach who delivers professional-level, evidence-based rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training. The provider works in a cash pay model with one-on-one hour-long sessions, collaborates closely within a team culture, contributes to education and programming, and actively invests in athlete development on and beyond the treatment table.
Role includes 25–32 one-hour treatment and/or performance sessions per week, scheduled across four treatment days. Remaining professional hours are dedicated to marketing initiatives, communication with athletes, parents, coaches, and athletic trainers, attending games, leading injury-prevention workshops, and community outreach.
Elite performance requires elite presence. By limiting patient volume and investing in time outside of sessions, our clinicians build meaningful, lasting relationships with athletes and their support systems. K2 intentionally structures clinician schedules to prioritize a “front row” relationship-based care, not volume-based medicine.
