** Anticipated Hiring Range: $62,000 – $73,750 annually Full Pay Range: $62,000 - $85,500 annually Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.

** About the Position
** In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster positive relationships among children (birth to age five), their families, and the community. You will promote awareness and understanding of mental wellness by providing social-emotional support, positive behavior strategies, prevention resources, and referrals for mental health services to families enrolled in the Maricopa County Head Start Zero-Five Program.

The Early Education Division is federally funded to administer center-based Head Start and Early Head Start early care and education, along with community resources and referrals to support economically disadvantaged children to be ready for school and families to achieve self-sufficiency. Currently, classrooms are operated through a mixed service delivery model of full-year, part-year, community and school-based sites; operated directly by Maricopa County and through contracted Child Care Partnerships.

** We Require
*** Two years of experience working with families to promote positive social/emotional development in young children
* Master’s degree in counseling, marital and family counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field
* A valid, unrestricted license issued by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a + Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),
** OR** + Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT),
** OR** + Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
