Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery on construction and/or mine sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

** Job Duties
** Responsibilities* Operate heavy equipment such as Front-End Loader, Excavator, Grader, Scraper, Track Dozer, RTD Dozer, Blade, and/or Haul Truck for various mine operation and construction tasks.
* Perform digging and excavation activities as required by project specifications.
* Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
* Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely project completion.
* Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on construction sites.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that equipment is stored properly after use.
** Qualifications
* * Experience* Proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
* Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery operation and maintenance.
* Ability to operate various types of equipment safely and efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately while working under pressure.

Job Requirements
* Preferred with heavy equipment or construction operating experience.
* Must be willing to work Monday - Friday, weekends as needed. Overtime is available.
* Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions.
* Must be dependable and report to work on time.
* Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground.
* Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered.
