• Performance pay: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour average total compensation

• Perform professional carpet and home cleaning services
• Deliver a high-quality, respectful customer experience
• Educate customers on services that improve comfort and cleanliness
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Represent Alpine with professionalism and attention to detail

• A positive attitude, strong commitment to company standards, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with light physical labor and hand tools
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
