What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of HVAC systems , including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air quality systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service , educating homeowners about their system’s performance and potential upgrades.
• Perform thorough system inspections to prevent future issues and ensure optimal efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, presenting repair and replacement options when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer discussions, and equipment conditions.
• Follow all safety guidelines , company policies, and industry best practices.
• Work some on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule.
• Upsell products and services to qualified customers
• Represent Everest Air LLC with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial)
• Located in the East Valley (or willing to commute)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-first mindset —we pride ourselves on our stellar Google reviews and want techs who contribute to that reputation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in all conditions , including attics, crawl spaces, and extreme temperatures.
• EPA certification required ; NATE certification preferred.
