Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards and unusual conditions;
Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, processing visitors and deliveries per site policy, and directing individuals to appropriate check-in locations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public responders as required;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to supervisors and client representatives, and support security-related investigations as requested
