Concierge Patrol Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer based in Mesa, AZ.

• Location: Mesa, AZ
• Schedule: Full‑time. Sample hours – Saturday & Sunday 7 pm–7 am;
  Thursday–Friday 7 am–3 pm (40 hrs per week)
• Hourly Wage: Competitive at $18.50 per hour

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer proficiency
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Minimum age 21 years
• Valid driver's license with a clear MVR record
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage
• State security license if required
