Home Lyfe Roofing is hiring sales-savvy hard workers who excel in door to door (D2D) and Business to Business (B2B) sales and are eager to take charge of roofing projects. We're looking for individuals ready to take ownership of their role and grow with us!

• Engage with homeowners to educate them on roofing solutions
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients
• Collaborate with sales leadership
• Respond promptly to client needs and questions

• Proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales
• Experience in the roofing industry is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts effectively

• This is a 1099, commission-only position

• First-year OTE is $60,000 - $150,000+ , with top performers earning between $200,000 - $300,000/year
