TRAVELING SUMMER SALES PROGRAM – RELOCATION TO ARKANSAS REQUIRED (HOUSING PROVIDED)
Diamond Pest Solutions – Conway, Arkansas
This is NOT a local job.Diamond Pest Solutions is hiring a small team of out-of-state summer sales representatives for our seasonal door-to-door pest control program in Conway, Arkansas.
Shared housing is provided for out-of-state team members during the summer season.
REQUIREMENTS- Must be willing to relocate to Conway, Arkansas for the summer
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales outdoors
- Must be comfortable with commission-only pay
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Applicants currently living in Arkansas or unwilling to relocate are not a fit for this role.
COMPENSATIONThis is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.
Most first-year representatives earn $15,000–$25,000 during the summer season , depending on performance.
Individual results vary and income is not guaranteed.
There is no hourly wage or salary for this role.
Full commission details will be explained during the interview process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about pest control services
- Set up service agreements using company iPads
- Participate in daily training and team meetings
- Track performance and goals
- College students or individuals willing to travel for a summer sales opportunity
- Competitive and coachable individuals
- People interested in gaining real sales experience
- Candidates comfortable working outdoors and handling rejection professionally
