The Position:

The In Home Sales/Design Sales position is among the most rewarding jobs in our company. As a Floor Coverings International In Home Sales/Design Associate, you will meet with homeowners using both company and self-generated leads to assess their flooring needs.

You will then recommend and sell the flooring solutions that best fit their needs and budget.

What you need to succeed:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a flooring sales specialist in in-home/outside sales
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in sales tracking and reporting software
• Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
• Confident public speaking skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Aiming for a six-figure income with dedication
• Sense of urgency and customer focus
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
