• $60,000 – $160,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)

• Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned INFINITI vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide test drives
• Explain features, warranties, financing options, and upgrades
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text using our CRM system
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and sales trends

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, BDC, real estate, or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Confident, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed
• Comfortable using technology and learning about new products
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to commute to or relocate to Mesa, AZ
