An international manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ area is currently seeking a Staff Accountant/ Bookkeeper to join their organization. This is a full-time job, M-F 6 hours shift (between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM), direct hire with full benefits opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for the organization.
• Ensure all Journals are closely reviewed
• Manage the Closing process, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year End
• Monitor Financial Systems and Make Financial Statements
• Provide Financial Analysis and Consultation to Executives regarding important decisions Collaborate with business and internal control departments to accurately produce financial reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle)
• 3+ years of AP/ AR experience.
• Month-End experience.
• Understanding of GAAP
• Familiar with income statement and P&L.
