Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Part of the Mondelez team, responsible for fulfilling merchandising needs for our Nabisco brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and others. The role involves communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, maintaining displays, and ensuring product visibility and compliance with company guidelines.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Perform in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and displayed in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Verify that sales representative negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive professional attitude, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Perform hard work in fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pulling or pushing over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Mesa, AZ (primary location) or within 25 miles of Gilbert, AZ (secondary location).
• Schedule availability: 5:00 – 6:00 AM start time; work Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday; schedule may change based on business needs; holidays as needed.

Hourly compensation ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 based on relevant experience.
