Overview
Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) s role supports delivering an exceptional guest experience through strong operations, visual merchandising, and friendly guest interactions on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. The role emphasizes product availability, pricing and signing accuracy, and maintaining a guest-ready floor.
Responsibilities- Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
- Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as required.
- Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales; maintain product availability and a full floor through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
- Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests; remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
- Support price change processes through clearance merchandising and signing execution; maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces for guests.
- Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is returned to the sales floor; comply with safety policies and training.
- Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while adhering to applicable laws; greet guests and help solve their needs; express appreciation for their visit.
- All other duties based on business needs.

- You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
- Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
- Effective communication, ability to work independently or with a team, and quick guest-question resolution.
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks within time frames.
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
- Ability to climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
- Work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
