Our associates don’t just sell pet products—they educate pet parents, support wellness, and build lasting customer relationships.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is open to flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and coverage across both store locations when needed.

• Learn about dog and cat nutrition and share your knowledge with customers
• Assist clients in-store, over the phone, and through online messaging
• Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
• Receive and stock inventory in both the store and warehouse areas
• Attend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on products

• Must be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid driver’s license
