• Maintain the boutique’s standard of high-volume service and upscale fashion.

• 2-5 years managing teams in a high-volume service industry or retail.
• Strong personal style and young women’s fashion sense.
• Social media skills (content creation, follower growth).
• Zero drama tolerance, all hospitality.
• Competitive athletes/coaches—ideal.

$60,000 – $65,000 per year based on performance (even more if you crush it). Vacation and flexible schedule. Tons of opportunity for growth and advancement. A flagship store with your name on it.
