Your Role As a Store Manager- Manage the customer experience, inspiring the team and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
- Oversee all store operations, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded, maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follow safety and security rules, procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the store’s appearance so it always looks its best.
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of prior sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements
The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. The job involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally expose the employee to irritant chemicals.
