Summary
The counter sales position is a key face-to-face contact point for customers, generating sales through quick, accurate, and courteous service. Responsibilities include processing customer orders and inquiries, receiving materials, maintaining organization in the showroom/warehouse, shipping materials, and preparing customer orders. The role also involves collaborating with other branches to ensure high service levels across the network.

Essential Job Functions

• Process customer orders at the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive warehouse materials.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
