Fellowship Square Historic Mesa is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team and help provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents in our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care dining facilities. In this role, you will prepare nutritious and flavorful meals for residents, ensuring each dish meets dietary needs and personal preferences.

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and resident dietary requirements.
• Ensure food is prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
• Assist in menu planning, taking into account residents' dietary preferences, allergies, and medical needs.
• Ensure timely meal service for residents, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team, dining staff, and management to ensure smooth meal service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations to ensure a safe work environment.

• Must hold a current Arizona Food Handlers Sanitation card.
• At least two years in institutional cooking.
• Course in food production, sanitation, and safety preferred.
• Vocational or technical education desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Must understand, speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
