A Day in the Life of a Line Cook
Your shift starts with a kitchen team check‑in where goals and tasks for the day are discussed. Throughout your shift, you’ll be cooking meals, ensuring food safety standards are met, and keeping your station clean. During busy times, you’ll work alongside teammates to ensure every guest gets their meal on time and made with care. As things slow down, you’ll prep for the next rush and help clean and organize the kitchen.
Before clocking out, you’ll check in with a Manager to make sure everything is set for the next crew.
Schedule
We’re busiest when others are having fun, so we need people who can work nights, weekends, and holidays. Most shifts start between 4 pm‑6 pm and run until 9 pm‑12 am, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
