Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Assisting with employee communication, both written and verbal
- Providing support to the Experience Manager or HR Coordinator with daily activities
- Assisting with planning, organizing, and executing company events and activities
- Supporting onboarding activities such as orientation prep, device set up, gathering documents, ordering and picking up lunches, and ordering food
- Must be flexible, able to multitask, and a team player
- Support fleet management and employee/volunteer compliance

- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, employee engagement, technology, or related field
- Proficiency with device and software technology in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of staff
- Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and passion for people
- Flexible and able to multi‑task
