Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Assisting with employee communication, both written and verbal
  • Providing support to the Experience Manager or HR Coordinator with daily activities
  • Assisting with planning, organizing, and executing company events and activities
  • Supporting onboarding activities such as orientation prep, device set up, gathering documents, ordering and picking up lunches, and ordering food
  • Must be flexible, able to multitask, and a team player
  • Support fleet management and employee/volunteer compliance

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, employee engagement, technology, or related field
  • Proficiency with device and software technology in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with all levels of staff
  • Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and passion for people
  • Flexible and able to multi‑task
