Schedule: Sundays 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Wednesdays & Fridays 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Fixed Schedule – No Rotation)
About the RoleWe're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in crisis and inpatient behavioral health care to join our team in Mesa, AZ. - Provide patient‑centered behavioral health nursing care in an inpatient environment.
- Deliver detox services and assist patients through crisis stabilization.
- Perform thorough risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Connect patients with community‑based support services and follow‑up care.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Accurately document all treatments, interventions, and progress notes in the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license (required).
- BLS certification (required).
- Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health care (required).
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (Sunday days, Wednesday & Friday nights).
- Strong interpersonal and de‑escalation skills.
- Open to both experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health.
