Schedule: Sundays 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Wednesdays & Fridays 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Fixed Schedule – No Rotation)

• Provide patient‑centered behavioral health nursing care in an inpatient environment.
• Deliver detox services and assist patients through crisis stabilization.
• Perform thorough risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Connect patients with community‑based support services and follow‑up care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Accurately document all treatments, interventions, and progress notes in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health care (required).
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (Sunday days, Wednesday & Friday nights).
• Strong interpersonal and de‑escalation skills.
• Open to both experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health.
