* Position Responsibilities:

* - Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings

- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care

- Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately

- Support patients through stabilization, treatment, and long-term recovery planning

* Qualifications:

*
* - Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license

- Ability to work a fixed day or night shift (no rotation required)

- Strong interest in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or detox nursing

- Open to both experienced RNs and recent graduates

** Compensation and Differentials:*
* - Base pay: $42-$50 per hour, depending on experience

- Weeknight differential: 10%

- Weekend day differential: 15%

- Weekend night differential: 30%
