Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license

Certifications:

ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) – must be active upon submission

• No Nursys hits

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

• Flu vaccination required (declinations accepted with documentation)

• Must not have an Arizona home address on driver's license

• Compliance with facility-specific background requirements
PCU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit

• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal outcomes

• Accurately document patient care and progress

• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare standards
