With four established locations, we are actively expanding our outreach and seeking a dynamic Field Medical Marketing Associate to help us grow our brand and strengthen our community presence.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Marketing Associate to lead in-field marketing efforts, build relationships with medical offices, hospitals, and community organizations, and drive patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, experience in the medical field, and a proven ability to generate growth through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-field marketing to physicians and medical offices across the valley.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and patient care.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Coordinate advertising, public relations, and social media campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and patient data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Field marketing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or 2+ years of medical experience/medical terminology.
• Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM).
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
