Inventory Associate Job Description
As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing team by efficiently managing the flow of parts and production orders. You will receive sales orders, create production orders with accurate quantities and parts, and ensure seamless operations using computer software systems.
Responsibilities- Support the manufacturing team by managing inventory.
- Receive sales orders and create production orders with correct quantities and parts using computer systems.
- Pick and stage parts for the manufacturing team.
- Utilize a pallet jack and scan gun for inventory management.
- Ensure orders are staged correctly for manufacturing team pick-up.
- Maintain proficiency in using computer software systems.
- Proficiency in computer software systems.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or D365.
- Data entry and warehouse inventory management skills.
- 1+ year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- 6+ months of experience working on an inventory team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience creating production orders is preferred.
- 1+ year experience working with an ERP system.
- Experience using a scanner.
- Attention to detail in shipping and receiving.
- Understanding of supply chain processes.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Self-starter with a good attitude.

WorkEnvironment
This role is based in an air-conditioned warehouse, with a shift from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The workplace is moving to a new location in Mesa, providing a modern and efficient environment for inventory management.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
