The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counting, investigations, and reconciliation of discrepancies. This role requires strong computer skills and experience working in an ERP and/or WMS environment to ensure accurate stock levels and support warehouse and production operations.

• Perform daily/weekly cycle counts per established schedules and counting procedures.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies such as receiving, put-away, picking, and production issues.
• Execute inventory adjustments in ERP/WMS following approval processes.
• Validate locations, lot numbers, expiration dates, and status (quarantine/available/hold).
• Support physical inventory preparation and execution, both annual and semi-annual.
• Identify root causes of variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, count sheets, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure accuracy.
• Follow GMP, safety, and company policies at all times.

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in an ERP and/or WMS environment.
• 1–3+ years of cycle counting or inventory control experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, basic reporting, and scanning systems.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems like SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Dynamics, Manhattan, High Jump.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

• Experience on a forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in using an RF scanner.
• Data entry skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mesa, AZ.
