Job Title:

Inventory Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a Quality & Inventory Coordinator who will uphold product quality standards and ensure inventory accuracy across operations. This role involves monitoring goods at all stages, performing inspections, tracking stock movement, and supporting continuous improvements to reduce errors, waste, and stock discrepancies. Responsibilities
  • Ensure and inspect product quality standards are consistently met while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Monitor incoming, outgoing, and in-production status goods, perform inspections, track stock movement, and support process improvements to reduce errors, waste, and stock discrepancies.
  • Identify quality issues, report findings, and support corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and improving quality and process procedures and standards.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Essential Skills
  • Understanding of basic quality control principles, including inspection methods, defect identification, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices, such as cycle counts, stock rotation, and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with warehouse or production workflows.
  • Experience in metal manufacturing is required.
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and proper material handling procedures.
  • Basic understanding of data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting processes.
  • Experience using inventory systems, ERP software, or spreadsheet tools.
  • Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
