Material Handlers are essential to keeping the manufacturing floor running smoothly. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, this role gives you a direct impact on building high‑performance, energy‑efficient HVAC and thermal management systems used in mission‑critical facilities.

• Receive, inspect, and move raw materials, components, and finished goods

• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production and assembly areas

• Accurately track inventory using ERP systems, scanners, or manual logs

• Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping and receiving

• Operate material‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)

• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and staging areas

• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives

• Follow safety procedures and help maintain an efficient, hazard‑free work environment

• Like staying active and working on your feet

• Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing things the right way

• Have experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory control (preferred, not required)

• Are comfortable lifting materials and working in an industrial environment

• Pay attention to details and enjoy keeping things organized

• Work well independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to ~50 lbs as needed)

• Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred

• Forklift experience a plus (certification can be provided)

• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
