Currently hiring for Mechanical Assemblers plays a critical role in building custom, high‑performance HVAC and thermal management systems used in data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, and other mission‑critical environments. What you build directly supports sustainability, energy efficiency, and the reduction of carbon footprints across North America.
What You’ll Be DoingAssemble mechanical components and subassemblies for custom HVAC and air‑handling systems
Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials
Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, torque tools, measuring devices, etc.)
Perform mechanical fit‑up, fastening, alignment, and basic troubleshooting
Inspect your work to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met
Work closely with teammates, leads, and engineers to meet production goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in a modern manufacturing facility
Are naturally mechanically inclined and enjoy figuring out how things work
Have experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, automotive, HVAC, construction, or equipment building
Like building large, tangible products you can see and be proud of
Can read basic mechanical drawings or are eager to learn
Take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship
Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment
Formal assembly experience is great—but hands‑on mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic matter just as much.
