Build What Powers the Future

If you’re mechanically inclined, love working with your hands, and take pride in building real, high‑quality equipment—not just pushing buttons on an assembly line—this role is for you.

Currently hiring for Mechanical Assemblers plays a critical role in building custom, high‑performance HVAC and thermal management systems used in data centers, healthcare, clean rooms, and other mission‑critical environments. What you build directly supports sustainability, energy efficiency, and the reduction of carbon footprints across North America.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies for custom HVAC and air‑handling systems

  • Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials

  • Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, torque tools, measuring devices, etc.)

  • Perform mechanical fit‑up, fastening, alignment, and basic troubleshooting

  • Inspect your work to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standards are met

  • Work closely with teammates, leads, and engineers to meet production goals

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in a modern manufacturing facility

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
  • Are naturally mechanically inclined and enjoy figuring out how things work

  • Have experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, automotive, HVAC, construction, or equipment building

  • Like building large, tangible products you can see and be proud of

  • Can read basic mechanical drawings or are eager to learn

  • Take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship

  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment

Formal assembly experience is great—but hands‑on mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic matter just as much.

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay and full benefits (medical, dental, vision)

  • 401(k) retirement plan

  • Employee Assistance Program

  • A state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility with modern tools and Industry 4.0 technology

  • Opportunities for career growth and internal promotion

  • A chance to be part of the green energy and sustainability transformation
