Assembly Technician

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; must be flexible to work overtime and maybe Saturdays

Type: Temp-to-Hire

A leader in the automotive manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative organization.

• Follow detailed work instructions to complete assembly tasks
• Collaborate with the plant team to ensure quality and process standards are met
• Perform quality checks and inspections
• Report any safety, quality, maintenance, or production concerns to supervisors
• Use IT systems for documentation and communication

• 3 to 5 years of assembly experience in the automotive industry
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Fluent in English (required)
• Automotive repair experience is a plus
