About the RoleWe are seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join our team at MCAM – ES. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of manufacturing orders. You will coordinate and expedite production activities, create job travelers, and maintain strong communication across departments and with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Create job travelers for production personnel with clear instructions for each manufacturing order.
- Coordinate and expedite all aspects of manufacturing orders (internal and external), monitoring progress and resolving delays.
- Communicate order status to the sales department to manage customer expectations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing departments to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Utilize ERP manufacturing software to input and track production data accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production efficiency.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business (or equivalent experience). - Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a coordinating or planning role.
- At least 2 years working with manufacturing software systems.
- Skills:
- Proficient in ERP systems (minimum 1 year experience).
- Ability to read engineering blueprints.
- Strong proficiency in Windows applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SalaryThe salary range for this position starts at $66,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
