The Wide Format Operator is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of wide format digital printing and cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality print jobs according to specified requirements and timelines.

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM.
Pay: $20.90-$24.20/hr.

• Set up and operate wide format printers and cutters (Agfa, Zund).
• Set up materials and jobs per specifications.
• Monitor quality and equipment performance.
• Complete production records and job tracking in Pace.
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with production needs.

• Previous commercial printing experience required; wide format printing/cutting experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and basic computer skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards both external and internal customer satisfaction.
