Responsibilities- Perform a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control.
- Transact all material movements in accordance with safety, cGMP, and quality procedures.
- Unload, load, put away, and retrieve material using hand trucks, powered forklifts, or other equipment.
- Obtain and maintain certification on material handling equipment.
- Complete transactions in the ERP/WMS system, such as shipping, cycle counts, and material receipts.
- Look up material status and location in the ERP/WMS system.
- Use Outlook to communicate with internal partners.
- Enter basic data in Excel or other programs.
- Perform 7-point inspections on tractor trailers prior to loading or unloading.
- Inspect inbound materials for damage and verify information against vendor paperwork or purchase orders.
- Review raw material specifications for instructions prior to receiving and labeling.
- Prepare pick lists for materials requested by manufacturing or planning.
- Pick, stage, and transact bulk and non-bulk materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and suggest improvements to supervisory staff.
- 2+ years of experience in a material handling role.
- 1 year of experience with Oracle/WMS or 2 years with another ERP/WMS system.
- 1+ year of experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
- Basic computer data entry skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong mathematical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience & Education RequirementsMinimum 2‑4 years of related experience and a high‑school diploma, certificate, or equivalent.
Salary$15.81 – $26.34 per hour
